💰 Commission Policy
The general commission rate is 15%, which may vary by category.
Commission applies only at the booking confirmation (form fill-up stage) — it is not the total booking or package advance.
The remaining payment will be handled directly between the client and the vendor.
For offline/manual payments, vendors must clear Biheyy.com’s commission as soon as they receive the client’s advance payment.
Vendors must maintain clear records of all advances and commission settlements.
Late commission clearance may result in temporary suspension or delisting.
📋 Booking Confirmation & Form Procedure
Form submission is mandatory for every confirmed lead.
Vendors must ensure the client fills out the Biheyy.com booking form and pays the booking confirmation amount on the platform.
Form fill-up is the first priority for all bookings. Vendors must complete form submission within 24 hours of receiving the client call.
If a client cannot fill the form, the vendor must immediately inform Biheyy.com for assistance.
Customizations beyond the listed package:
Always ask the client to complete the form first.
After form submission, you may adjust the final paid amount or customize the package according to the client’s needs.
A booking is officially confirmed only after form submission and receipt of the confirmation fee (or cleared offline commission).

Violations may result in temporary suspension or permanent removal.
